There's this trespassing freak electrician who drives a Ford truck, Cal. license plate 8D81746, and parks in people's driveways without even asking. To top off the rudeness, instead of driving the hell away when he's done with his work, he sits with his engine idling while he plays on his cell phone. Trespass is an intentional tort; he commits it while acting within the scope of his employment. If I was more litigious I would sue him and his employer and pray for punitive damages.
